This 60 minute, practical and reflective workshop focuses on challenging stigma,
understanding different types of mental health illness and offers a range of coping methods,
including the anchoring technique and a CARE plan.
1 in 6 workers will experience depression, anxiety or problems relating to stress at any one
time. No matter how hard we try, in our lifetime, there will always be a stigma associated
with mental health. 1 in 5 people take a day off due to stress, yet, 90% of these people cited
a different reason for their absence. Let’s work together to be part of the change.
