This 60 minute workshop enhances learning and recall, to boost creativity, to plan effectively and to be a note-taker extraordinaire! Mind maps are also a superb way to boost imagination and creativity.

Description

1 in 6 workers will experience depression, anxiety or problems relating to stress at any one time. No matter how hard we try, in our lifetime, there will always be a stigma associated with mental health. 1 in 5 people take a day off due to stress, yet, 90% of these people cited a different reason for their absence. Let’s work together to be part of the change.

Aims

This workshop aims to leave workers with an in-depth and practical toolkit for them to refer to in their times of need, as a preventive measure before mental health illness takes control, so they can take control of it.
